Join Gabriella, the chef behind Little Sambol, for a 4 course menu at The Hill Station Cafe. Expect big flavours of Sri Lanka in every mouthful. Gabriella will be cooking a mix of regional dishes and her own interpretation of her favourite Sri Lankan plates.

Thatu Vadai (V)
A festive snack and our version is filled with tempered turmeric potatoes, coriander+mint coconut sambol, mango+saffron yoghurt, chilli tamarind sauce, crispy curried peas and fried gram flour noodles.

Cutlets (V)
Jackfruit and sweet potato deep fried ‘short eat’, all the flavours of Sri Lanka rolled up into bite size balls. Served with pickled cucumber, mango raita and our fiery Little Sambol hot sauce.

Curry stuffed buttery, flaky curry leaf pastry, lime pickle mayonnaise, fried garlic.

Little Sambol Lamprais
The iconic parcel! Slow cooked lamb curry, cashew curry, turmeric egg, pearl samba rice, wrapped and baked in a banana leaf.
Veg option: Tamarind Aubergine Pirattal Lamprais.
Served with: Pol Sambol, Seeni Sambol & Beetroot and Mint Raita
